International Shipping
We ship worldwide, but you have to remember about the  local laws and regulations regarding the import/distribution of  products listed on this website may be different in every country.
We require that all customers check the legalality of products before placing any order on this site.

- AIRMAIL: 5€ (No tracking or reship)
- TRACKED: 11€  (Tracking no insurance/reship) - EU Only including high risk countires


Order Shipping
All orders will ship same working day after payment, orders received after 11.00am CET will be shipped next working day. Shipments are made Monday - Friday only excluding public holidays.

DO NOT CONTACT US TO CHASE YOUR ORDER UNTIL AFTER 21 DAYS FROM SHIPPING DATE.
We use Airmail. It can take up to 21 days for some orders to arrive and the tracking (if paid for) to work.
After 21 days if order was not delivered ontact us with your order number. Once we send you your tracking code that is it, we can NOT update you any further till 21 days have passed if You paid for insurance/tracking.
Estimate Delivery Information
- Europe: 5 - 10* days
- Rest of the world: 10 - 15* days

* Please note these delivery times are estimates only, and not guaranteed. Please wait 21 days from shipping date (Insured) before contacting customer service as the postal system will not assist us before this time period has passed. We ship all orders using discreet packaging

Returns & Replacements
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product, simply notify us so we can arrange an exchange or store credit to re order with. This will be processed as soon as we have received and checked the incorrect product. Are sales are FINAL due to the nature of the business, once your order has left our facility you will not qualify for any refund or return.

International Transactions
When making a purchase on our site the transaction might be international. Some credit and debit cards are set up for your country only, this may result in the payment being declined. To sort this out, you can call your card issuer and authorise the payment. The transaction will then be accepted.

Payment Options
We currently accept Bitcoin payments only. If you have any queries, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Tracking your order
You can log in to your account to check your order status and tracking information, you will be sent an email that your order was shipped, with tracking info (if optional), if you did not received an email please check your SPAM or Junk Mail folder.

Guaranteed Delivery (insured tracked orders only).
If by any chance, your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, you'll qualify for a free reship (insured tracked orders only) all reships are sent by Airmail with no tracking or insurance.
Please be notified that if your shipment was confiscated by customs, due to you not checking the legalities correctly, you will not qualify for any refund or re-shipment.
We DO NOT offer a reshiping service to the following countries as they are classed as high risk : Norway, Sweden, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Belgium or any country outside the EU – Due to the higher proportion of customs confiscations, you order from these countries at your own risk.

Security Checks
Due to problems with purchases you may be selected for a random security check if your order is over the value of €100, you may be asked for the following:
- A copy of ID and also a clear picture of the card you used to make payment (Front ONLY). If you wish you may cover part of your details but we must be able to see your name and the first 6 numbers of the long card number. As soon as the information is received your order will ship.
 
High Risk Countries:
Due to increased amounts of orders being lost in transit to a small amount of countries we have created a list of countries where customers buy at their own risk and no compensation or reship will be offered. All orders shipped to high risk countries must be paid by Bitcoin, no other payment option is offered.
